    Perhaps O’Neill needs to be sent down to get ABs. It’s tough to get in the game the way our outfield is playing. But if that means getting Robinson back, forget it. And Thomas needs to play as well. Tough call at this point.

    I don’t see that one very good season. Gyorko has been very consistent as a Cardinal, about 10 percent above the average MLB hitter.

    Gyorko OPS+ with Cardinals:

    2017 112
    2018 108

    His best OPS+ season with the Padres was 113. Consistent.
