hey bicyclemike, where you been. Molina has been the best hitter the last two games so I don’t know what games you are watching. I would expect him to get a break tomorrow but if we were giving days off based on bad offense, Molina wouldn’t be one of the ones sitting. fowler, goldshmidt, bader, even wong recently would be prime candidates.

Jack at 82 tosses thru 5…..not great, but better. He’s now retired 10 consecutive Californians…..oh oh…Pederson now just barely eclipses the right field wall with 1 out in the 6th and just like that the Redbird lead is sliced in half.The Pederson tater is all the Dodgers can muster in the top of the 6th and as we briefly pause for the Redbirds to trade leather for lumber, we anticipate a big Cardinal inning.
The Dodger hurler was pitching a decent game, but simply Maeda big mistake to Yadi and he’ll now give way to Scotty Alexander out of the LA pen.

well pugs, you may have me there as I cant remember them. but I know he kind of struggled the second half of last year in my eyes so the fact its been a while makes me more impressed with tonights game.
Yeah I was at one of his gems in Milwaukee last year and I think I recall yet another in Miller Park where Jack was fantastic. I’ll have to look back.
