In other news, Palm Beach won a nailbiter 17-2 tonight. Frankly, Stanek could have been trusted to save that one comfortably. They had a grand slam. Also a grand slam for Peoria tonight who is winning late.
I’d think the 2 likely candidates to take Stanek’s spot in the pen are Gastelum and Rajcic…I am good with either one….Stanek will give me an ulcer at this rate by the All Star break.

I’m not too worried about a dribbling infield hit Wooster. These guys look very uncomfortable hitting off O’Brien. He is nasty.

The Bogsider from Derry is now 3-0 with 7 SV’s and hasn’t allowed a solitary ER in 13.1 IP’ed. He’s K’d 14 without handing over a BB. He’s been the key to this team’s success to date.
I’d take Trevor Rosenthal right now over Stanek, and I think Rosenthal hasn’t pitched in 3 years
