Yeah that lady looked incredibly good for 90. I can only hope I am kicking it let alone in half as good of shape as she is at 90
May 6, 2025 at 8:01 pm #281370Both these pitchers are taking on what could be termed a miserly look tonight.

jj-cf-stlParticipantTop of the 6th, 0-0
Third time thru their batting order.May 6, 2025 at 8:05 pm #281372Two hits in this game.
May 6, 2025 at 8:06 pm #281373Reynolds with the sac-bunt attempt? Thank you very much.
May 6, 2025 at 8:08 pm #281374
jj-cf-stlParticipantLibbys slider was wandering glove side and Pozo called 4 straight fastball/changes to get his hand back on top. That’s game calling.
May 6, 2025 at 8:08 pm #281375Agree on the 90 years – if I am still around and able to take in a game in person, I will feel I have beaten the odds.
Good seeing McCuthen back with the Bucs. He never quite looked right as a Giant or Phillie.
May 6, 2025 at 8:11 pm #281376The call will stand. I don’t even understand the point of the replay at this point as they always says stands even when it looks like the replay shows it should be over turned
May 6, 2025 at 8:12 pm #281377Each time they challenge it is 2 minutes of time wasted and a bore. Speed up the process and be willing to over turn.
May 6, 2025 at 8:13 pm #281378Whoa – close at second. On that play Donovan just needs to hold the glove in front of the bag and let Cruz slide into it. Trying to tag him gives the runner a little more space to get to the bag. The runner can still get to reach around, but you reduce the area they can do that by holding the glove there, and can then react to where the hand is going.
May 6, 2025 at 8:13 pm #281379BB and a SB turns out to be the catalyst for the first run.
May 6, 2025 at 8:14 pm #281380Bucs break through first.
May 6, 2025 at 8:14 pm #281381Well after 6 they get one across. I still send Libby out there to at least see if he can get a quick 7th or an out or two. Maybe the offense can push 1 or 2 across here
May 6, 2025 at 8:16 pm #281382
jj-cf-stlParticipantCouldn’t strike out Hayes twice that AB.
May 6, 2025 at 8:17 pm #281383Agree ATM – I definitely send Libby out for thr 7th. No need to start burning through your ‘pen yet.
May 6, 2025 at 8:22 pm #281384Skenes and lib pretty much the same size. Jumbo. I like.
May 6, 2025 at 8:22 pm #281385Man, Contreras just missed that 2-0 pitch.
May 6, 2025 at 8:24 pm #281386Burly comes through! Keep this man on the roster to just hit Skenes.
May 6, 2025 at 8:24 pm #281387Burleson with the Shady Special!
May 6, 2025 at 8:24 pm #281388Burly I’m sorry for all the trash I’ve been throwing at you.
May 6, 2025 at 8:25 pm #281389
jj-cf-stlParticipantHA!
May 6, 2025 at 8:25 pm #281390Libby trotting out there which is great to see. If he walks a batter or gives up a hit before getting 2 outs, take him out, but at least give him the chance this 7th
May 6, 2025 at 8:25 pm #281391Burly does it again! I say again, because a game I saw live in Pittsburgh last summer Burly hit a rocket shot single off Skenes to drive in Siani and give us a 2-1 lead, which Helsley saved.
May 6, 2025 at 8:27 pm #281392I like your thinking ATM.
May 6, 2025 at 8:30 pm #281393What a game Mathew Liberatore. Out-dueled Paul Skenes.
