I never thought oli was the right guy for the job. It’s funny this year they felt we needed old guys for leadership. What was any different a couple or so years ago. If you thought leadership was important, then we should have gotten a veteran manager. Leadership starts with the manager, I would say the front office but that’s kind of hopeless. In the end, they wanted a puppet. It kind of sailed sort of smoothly the first year but when the second came around and started going a little sideways, nowhere was leadership to be found. So the front office got what they deserved. Maybe they will improve this year,maybe they won’t, oli still won’t be a good manager in my eyes no matter what.
