#STLCards manager Oli Marmol said advisor and franchise icon Yadier Molina will join the organization “later in the month.” Marmol is uncertain whether Molina will be around the big league club or not initially.

It’s always comforting to believe the critical problem(s) are those things that can easily (and quickly) be changed. Such was the case with the diagnosis of “leadership” as a crucial shortcoming. Unfortunately, the actual problems exist independently of the preferred diagnoses.
