No prize for that, Jnevel. Blind dog in a butcher shop could’ve found that one…

Waino seems like he’s in danger of going the Gibby route…out on a bad note. It’s unfortunate.

Glad to retire him with that runner at 3B. That indian can be a headache.

Have to say, Alec Burleson is not doing a whole lot for me right now.

As I sip my Whiskey Sour. I can only have one as I have run out of lemons and will have to go to the store tomorrow.

I thought that belly flop was special.

We have zero (0) dependable starting pitchers. How is that even possible?

I wish Adams pitch count was higher

I know I’m beating a dead horse but this starting pitching is just terrrible! The bull pen is nothing to write home about either but man our starters gotta be the worst in the league! Alec Burleson needs to be sent to Memphis! Can’t hit, can’t field, can’t run!

Its a good thing our hitters will stay hot forever.

Caray made mention of the 3rd, or even 4th time through the order concept. There’s another school of thought that suggests a quality SP’er who’s formulated a genuine plan of attack concerning the manner and sequence in which he offers up his assortment of offerings may well just have a better idea as to how to best approach and retire hitters after facing them the first two times through. I was always led to believe that the art of pitching was one that involved upsetting the timing and balance of the guy standing in the box. I guess the bottom line is to mix and change the look of the approach as the game progresses to keep the unreliable tactic of guesswork on the part of the hitter into play. In any event, the excuse of the 3rd time through simply doesn’t wash with me.

Noot swings at a terrible pitch for strike three. I have always liked the navy blue hats. Cool look.

Haha! It was special, Bling…If he’d not have roller pinned that baseball with his belly, that runner heading for 3B would have scored.

Think it’s time to get Goldy back to the 3 slot – get him up with runners on more often.

Yeah, they should always wear those on the road, Bikemike. I mentioned last night that I wonder why they only wear them at CIN and DC.

Goldy with 9 taters and 8 of them with the bases empty, Bikemike.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I feel as though Mrs. 1TD’s table end lamps are at risk with this 2 run lead…They’d like a couple more.

Nice job with the throw and to get the tag down for CS.

Is it my imagination or is Contreras trying to imitate Yadi running to first base? Even on an infield grounder, you gotta make the other team make the play.

I saw that, 4ev. Not at all a good look.

Have to at least move him over.

Burly with terrible execution – can’t advance the runner and swings at a pitch way out of the zone for a little roller to third.

Noot picks us up though!! Really like the way he hits the ball where it’s pitched. Don’t see that much anymore.

I’d have had him square up, Bikemike. Uh oh…The Nootz comes through with the RBI base hit.

Well, is 8 enough? I sure hope so.
