MIL BP’s done a nice job after the early 2nd inning exit from Miley. Can’t break through with any of these guys.
That called strike sequence to Donovan has a good chance to be the deciding factor in this ballgame. It’s been a while since I’ve seen anything that bad in such a key moment in game. Horrible.
I don’t know, Euro, but I can’t figure out how he retained enough composure to avoid being tossed. I’d have misplaced my sanity.
Donovan got robbed on those first two strike calls. But my goodness, when you have two strikes you gotta be ready to swing at something in the zone. That pitch was right there.
This one is looking like a lot of our early games. Had Donovan hit the long fly this time, we would be tied. We outscore teams, but we do not necessarily beat them.
Yeah, he’s got to protect, Bikemike. After those first 2 called strikes, he’s got to be flailing at anything that leaves the pitcher’s hand.
