Well that was quite a back and forth game.

If this team had any starting pitching at all it would be a contender.

How is it possible that we have exactly zero good starters?

    It absolutely boggles the mind.

The pitching staff has allowed 5 or more ER in 62% of the first 39 games. Every series, in two of the three games, we must score at least 6 runs just to have the minimum chance at wins. That’s pathetic.

Nolan Gorman is just clutch, it seems. Gotta love the young guy making the most of his opportunities. Let’s make this the start of a payback tour on these Red Sox clowns for 2004 and 2013.

Winning regular season games can never compensate for losing a WS. It’s not even close.

We’ve played 39 now and won 4 when we score less than 6. We won 3 scoring less than 5. Last night we got lucky because Kenley Jansen blew up in their face. Hoping to get lucky is our best strategy right now.

Who said I want it to end in the regular season? The last few times we played Boston regular season they terrorized us as well. I’m hopeful we will take them down in October a couple times as well.

Rats, this shows how the home plate ump was on Friday night. He was bad at his job.

It is about time stats were kept on umpires and the bad ones exposed.

Now that we have the technology I’m 100% in favor of automated ball and strike calls.
