jj-cf-stlParticipantThat’s piss poor game/bullpen management by Oli
May 12, 2023 at 8:37 pm #220171An IBB with runners at 1st and 2nd and a 1 run lead? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that.
May 12, 2023 at 8:38 pm #220172Spoke too soon. Two walks in the 8th while up by one. Cabrera owns this one.
May 12, 2023 at 8:40 pm #220173Should have walked out and taken the baseball out of Cabrera’s hand with the lead-off BB.
May 12, 2023 at 8:40 pm #220174
jj-cf-stlParticipantAt 2-0 you don’t challenge devers. Well, you saw the result.
May 12, 2023 at 8:43 pm #220175
jj-cf-stlParticipantNoot again
Wonder what his BA is?
*wink*May 12, 2023 at 8:44 pm #220176You can’t put him on and move the tying and lead runs into scoring position. It simply doesn’t happen.
May 12, 2023 at 8:45 pm #220177Gotta push this lead run across.
May 12, 2023 at 8:46 pm #220178
jj-cf-stlParticipantLol, Gorman
May 12, 2023 at 8:47 pm #220179Goodness Gracious GORMAN…TWO RUN TATER!
May 12, 2023 at 8:48 pm #220180Gorman goes yard! What a great swing! Nootbar stealing his way to third rattled the Sox.
May 12, 2023 at 8:49 pm #220181“Keep matriculating”…I’ll take some more runs.
May 12, 2023 at 8:53 pm #220182Bunching hits in the 9th of a close game was a brilliant idea. I wonder who thought of that, lol.
May 12, 2023 at 8:57 pm #220183Pretty ridiculous to send Edman there. Does Warner think Ozuna plays LF for Boston?
May 12, 2023 at 8:57 pm #220184Gorman made OliMo look like a genius.
May 12, 2023 at 9:04 pm #220185
jj-cf-stlParticipantThe lineup bails out the pitching again.
May 12, 2023 at 9:04 pm #2201867 back…
May 12, 2023 at 9:05 pm #220187Helsley looked comfortable and in command
May 12, 2023 at 9:07 pm #220188Great win! Helsley throwing heat for sure. Need to string a couple more of these together.
May 12, 2023 at 9:08 pm #220189Maybe I’m just not up on the current trends, but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea to platoon the player that leads the team in HR’s and RBI’s.
May 12, 2023 at 9:09 pm #220190I missed Waino, but box score looks like his outing was similar to last time.
May 12, 2023 at 9:12 pm #220191The Nootz now flashing a .444 OBP.
May 12, 2023 at 9:17 pm #220192It was similar, Bling. He looked real good through 3 innings. So so in the 4th inning of work, and then served up 2 taters on horrible pitches in the 5th and he was done.
May 12, 2023 at 9:32 pm #2201941982 willie
ParticipantDidn’t get to watch but glad we won. Still feel I’m right that waino should have retired last year. He’s not even average good this season so far. But I guess things can always change. Nice to see arenado wake up.
May 12, 2023 at 9:36 pm #220195Best win of the year IMO! Kinda the blueprint for us to win some games! Our pitching is just not good enough to win many 4 to 3 games! Gonna have to be more like 8 to 6! Just gotta rake and overcome a mediocre pitching staff!
