The Cardinal manager had a legitimate reason for losing his composure. I never blame umpires for lack of success, but when it seems like it goes beyond a missed call to some sort of a grudge, it becomes more than I can sit still for.
Matz is showing me a little something here. He was subjected to numerous calls that can only be termed as horrible and he’s now taken on the look of a pitcher determined not to be victimized by them.
