I hope Mikolas is okay, but it doesn’t look good. If needed, I hope they give Fernandez another chance. His power arm seems to be finding he strike zone more often at Memphis.

Maybe shildt will become sensible and bat Sosa second. Or at least fifth instead of Bader.

I greatly dislike Sunday night games. There is not enough day baseball as it is, and yet we have to have an occasional Sunday game at night. Money sometimes makes things worse for us without any power to do anything about it.

Yeah, Shildt has never seemed to be the best at arranging a batting order. He has a lot of Matheny in him in a couple of ways. One, he tends to play the veterans over the younger guys even when it is obvious that a younger guy at least deserves to get some playing time. And he also sticks with lineups that do not always put the guys who are producing in the best spot.

But I will say this – he is dealing with living breathing people. He is not playing a computer or cards-and-dice game where there is no ramification of moving guy around, or benching a guy.

Love then it’s same for both sides. Half our pen is amazing half terrible. Does anyone want to join my Edmundo soda fan club

Also can’t blame bader too much on that shift. Should’ve been aware but that’s unfortunate. Good catch even with shift
