I’d really like Yadi to get a hit here. If for nothing else that it would put O’Neill on 2nd to start the 10th.
Bader has to do a better job there, I know he’s trying to get a fly ball but the pitcher knows that, better to hit it solid on ground and hope it goes through on the pitch he got.
Unfortunately, I think this one will be a surprise if it gets to the 11th. Just have to make contact and move guys along and we missed out.
Good work by Reyes to squirm out of it. Now Edman starts on 2nd with Carlson, Goldy and Arenado up. That is a big chance for the Cards to put up a number here.
