My favorite memory of glass bottle style soda is the pop machine with the door. My brother and I were sure that if you pulled on 2 bottles carefully at EXACTLY the same time you might get an extra soda but it never worked.
I think Gants long term future is in the bullpen. He has good pitch count going so far, but I don’t think he has the control to be a starter,
Players going to have to adjust to the umpire. I have no issue with the zone if it’s the same for both sides.
How about some love for Nehi Peach soda? I remember those about 40 or 50 years ago. I remember thinking they were pretty good.

Gant looks like a different pitcher. Same hair though. His tortoise like pace is considerably faster. Not running up the pitch count like he usually does.
Gant has the pitcher, then the top of the order coming up. The third time through the order is a hurdle he has struggled to clear. For him it’s an important inning, if he can complete it.
Cincy leads MLB with 6.05 runs scored per game. Couple of fine starts by KK and Gant, against good competition.
