Well the second batter did the right thing. Gallegos just doesn’t trust his stuff. That’s why no matter how successful he has been, I don’t trust him.

Watching Gallegos close is difficult with how overly deliberate he gets. Maybe I just didn’t notice before, but I didn’t think he was this slow when he pitched setup innings.
It’s as if when Gallegos gets 2 strikes, he expects the batters to go stupid and swing at crap.
