I expect the Cubs to win but I will be rooting like heck for the Rockies. To see an epic Cub meltdown would be glorious!

As for AL, the Yankees are the favorite but anything can happen in one game and Oakland is no joke. Billy Beane is a genius. I’m not really anti-Yankee though. I’ve been to Yankee Stadium. It is a cool place and I have a lot of respect for their history.

We can root for Voit and Piscotty to do something big.

It would just make my day to see the Cubs lose. Just like when I see the Patriots lose.

You got to respect what they’ve accomplished, but you still enjoy it when they lose.

I hope both Voit & Piscotty absolutely tear it up in post season play. And echo Scotty’s and Rat’s sentiments about the cubbies having a tough post season. It sure would be of great solace for them to be one and done! It’s always been a question I have pondered…..”which event gives me greater pleasure; the Cardinals winning or the cubs losing”?? I do know that The Bartman Game was the very best night imaginable…..it was almost like a wonderful fairy tale. I had these welts all over my left arm the following day from pinching myself after the game to see if what I was witnessing was actually happening and not just a dream.

And Khris Davis finishing the year at .247…….for the 4th consecutive season is astounding! What are the odds?

The Cubs are eliminated. Lost two straight playoff games at home. Maddon will be 2nd guessed for taking Rizzo out of the game.
