    The decision to pull Gibson was a game changer! Gibson couldn’t have done any worse! I don’t know about everyone but when Rosario homered I figured game over! Felt we had to win with 2! I know an argument can me made for pulling Gibson there but hindsight says it was a tragic error!

    Once Oli decide to not PR for Pages, he knew Siani was up and decided to not let him bunt. Possibly because Pages getting thrown out on the wheel play was a legit concern?

    So he chose Carp at least pulling the ball, with the top of the lineup due up, which kept two catchers active, but loses Sinai’s D. Fundamentally that’s a sound decision.

    That ghost runner fell wrong for us and there may have been no right way. One batter too early, and then BAbip goes bad as Burly lines into a DP.
