    Nice play by DeJong.

Good 3rd there by Jack. The generous called third strike helps.

Carter, Why aren’t you up in Milwaukee cheering with Pugs and his better half??

    Addams has a woman???

To answer your question about the Bears: They were my team from ’84 to ’87. I moved out west and drifted back to the team of my youth, the Cardinals.

I’m waffling now. I get more Bears info from CSN and my man, Dave Kaplan than AZ, but the Big Red have this exiting QB rook, Murrey! (nice play, DeJong!)

Yadi with two hits so far today. He’s hitting very well right now.

Hiura crushes a 3-0 pitch to make it 3-0 Brewers.

    Apparently we know Flaherty’s kryptonite.

That’s right, 25, even his outs have been hard hit.

Yikes now a HR…but we are starting to get to Lyles.

Cy Lyles has the offense completely stymied. Hopefully they can get him out of the game next inning and get to the bullpen before Hader.

Wong with the dinger, Goldy single and steal, Ozuna K, Dejong BB. Yadi up with a chance to do damage.

And by damage, I meant to the Cards’ cause with a double play. Ouch, that one hurts.

Flaherty gutted out 6 innings. He will need the offense to bail him out though to prevent a hard luck loss.

Edmans got springs in his legs Goldy face plants but somehow catches that throw. Wonder if he came up with dirt in his teeth? I’d go in the locker room right now and put clay on his toothbrush!

Two very good defensive plays by the Cards in the 7th! Now they gotta goes the bats going against Hader. I cannot think of a better way to cap off this series and get the sweep? 🧹
