I think you are right…however we did see two seasons of Raisel Iglesias be given that treatment and he did alright… not exactly the same situation of course
I do wonder if the thought of moving him back into the stable of rotation options has come up whiel they try to figure out what to do with CMArt…
If CMart isnt going to be starting (we dont know either way really), i woudl have to think they’d slot him into the closer role like last year…his salary looks more palatable as a closer than it does a setup man or long man…
sure adding Hicks to setup with Miller and maybe Reyes makes for an exciting back end (especially with Leone and BRebbia pitching well) ….but it does make me wonder about hicks long term…if he truly has those 3 pitches working…
