One has a feeling Oli is losing faith in Matthew. Out after 70 pitches. He’s the worst starter on the staff currently.
Puts a lot of workload on the pen when the starters can’t get through 5 plus especially when we have the stretches with no days off. Maybe we shouldn’t have sent Dobbins down after all. Clearly we would need him at some point to do his multiple inning thing 2-3 times in the next 10 days

ParticipantWhat do you put the vinegar on Booyah? Your culinary tastes are right up my alley.

ParticipantLibby seems to reach his ERA and is then given the hook. I guess it’s a strategy but not necessarily a winning one to me. Got to rise above that if you can.

ParticipantThat’s a baseball name for sure “BlaZe” Jordan!!
June 13, 2026 at 2:42 pm #309756The fries naturally. I also added pickles and mustard to the chili cheeseburger. Mustard on bottom of course and take a couple pepperoncini as a side snack. Lol

ParticipantThat’s a lucky out-good steal attempt. Teams waking up now!

ParticipantLove it Booyah- will try the vinegar. Can’t do the peppers anymore. Ever tried grilled corn on the cob on the grill and then soaked with butter?

ParticipantHerrera Dinger!
June 13, 2026 at 2:54 pm #309760I get back in from mowing to see Herrera unload on another mammoth HR.
June 13, 2026 at 2:56 pm #309761I saw the first 2 HR Liberatore allowed but missed the 3rd. Another fastball up in the zone that was drilled. Libby just doesn’t have a fastball with enough rise to pitch up there. He probably needs to throw more sinkers down with his curveball focused arsenal

ParticipantWalker Dinger! Return the Favor! LOL!
June 13, 2026 at 2:57 pm #309763Wow Walker with an absolute monster HR. He hit that ball with authority and it is a good thing that didn’t hit some one in the stands with that velocity.
June 13, 2026 at 3:00 pm #309764Whenever Hjerpe makes it, I hope he is better than this Lawrence sidewinder we are battering.

ParticipantYeah Albert If I remember right didn’t they kind of work him in early out of necessity? I think you’re right about him coming up as a primarily curve ball pitcher? Birds at the corners 2 out.Need a base hit here!
June 13, 2026 at 3:05 pm #309766No thank you to Ryne Stanek warming up.
June 13, 2026 at 3:06 pm #309767Blaze with his first HR
June 13, 2026 at 3:07 pm #309768Wooster2
ParticipantJordan Dinger! You know he’s taking that one home! So good to see that! Blaze is on fire!
June 13, 2026 at 3:08 pm #309769What pisses me off is I tried to bet a Blaze Jordan homerun and they didn’t have it as a prop. So he homers and we take a 9-4 lead. It least we are now comfortably ahead. Lol
June 13, 2026 at 3:09 pm #309770Blaze first weekend had been a lot of fun.
June 13, 2026 at 3:09 pm #309771Wooster yeah Liberatore’s calling card as a prospect was his curveball. He does have a nice one, but his arsenal as a whole just doesn’t play well and hitters seem to notice so easily if it is a 4 seamer or a curveball. With Liberatore’s 12-6 curve shape I think a sinker would tunnel better with it and he needs to pitch like an old schooler at the bottom of the zone. His 4 seam was and is still a weak pitch with little ride that can’t miss bats.
June 13, 2026 at 3:10 pm #309772Who are those guys?!!
June 13, 2026 at 3:10 pm #309773Ever tried grilled corn on the cob on the grill and then soaked with butter?
I loved grilled corn on the cob. Also liked doing sliced potatoes with butter and garlic wrapped with foil. Especially if they get a little crispy. Lol
June 13, 2026 at 3:13 pm #309774Herrera with the 2 tater day is real encouraging. Before the start of the season I’d have guessed that he would have generated more offensive production than both Walker and Burleson. Ivan’s done a nice job thus far and is tied for the team lead in runs scored and far out outpaces all of his teammates with the .401 OBP. If he gets dialed in and begins to generate some power production with the bat for any length of time, this Redbird lineup won’t be any bargain for opposing pitchers.

ParticipantNot scaring me thought he lost it Stanek puts em down in order and got a 5 run cushion! 2 innings to go and 20 miles to Chicago…
June 13, 2026 at 3:15 pm #309776Someone told Blaze that Stanek was warming up.
