We squandered opportunities to score late but we sealed the deal. Good way to start a series.

Our Bill is sure getting his money’s worth.

.595 win pct comes to 96-66. Run differential is zero.

This team keeps surprising me. I made it a whole inning and a half before deciding to doze off. I didn’t think the first inning went too well for Liberatore and with the travel and late night start added to that, I mentally checked the loss bucket for that one. I was mesmerized this morning when I saw a win at 2-1. Our pitching must have been great for the remainder. Plus a couple double plays and a caught stealing helped us hold a good offense in check. Very nice win.

Also interesting that the Reds have gone from first to last in the division after dropping 7 straight.

Yeah Jnevel the Reds have gone from the penthouse to the outhouse real quick. This is currently the toughest division in baseball which I didn’t think I would say this year. As bling mentioned the Cardinals are squeezing out every ounce of gumption they have to be sitting where they are.

Jedi, I played Strat-O-matic every year from 1979 to 1987. It brings back great memories.
