Right now if I had to pick the teams that will participate in this year’s WS those two teams would be LA/TOR. Dodgers in 7 with Big Freddie and Little Eddie sharing the MVP…Haha!
Heck, I hadn’t really thought too much about it, jj. I’m just creating some chatter. But if I had to make a quick pick, I’d guess LA/NY. That ought to at least please the TV guys.
It pains me to say it but I see a Dodgers/Cubs NLCS with the Cubs winning in 6.
I am then counting on the Tigers to beat the Cubs in the WS in 6.
If tradition holds sway, the Brewers will overtake the Cubbies to win the NLC with the Cubbies relegated to the final NLWC at which time they’ll be quickly bounced into obscurity in the first round…Or better yet, the Cubbies won’t even qualify for bonus baseball….Haha!

I would rather eat a box of nails than see the Cubs in the WS but if they get a good pitcher or two at the deadline it is likely to happen.

Haha, I get it, I often fear the worst. The year they won it, I KNEW it was going to happen. I just saw they’re getting crushed by the Rodon and the Yanks tonight, which made me feel good.
