Arizona just got 7 runs in the top of the 9th to take a 11-10 lead on Atlanta down in Dixie.

I guess Arizona has some players that can hit. Apparently Atlanta does too. St. Louis, unfortunately, does not.

Just now had a chance to tune in and take a quick glance at the box. Although it’s a 3 run deficit, from what I can tell, it looks like Mikolas scuffled through 6 innings to at least give his team a chance. The 2 hits aren’t helping any. Need a couple of baserunners and a key hit.

We keep nickeling and dimeing but can’t get the big hit. Oh well at least the game is in reach but only two innings left.

Feels like KC won that little 7th inning battle. Should have come away with more than 2 runs in that inning and I thought the Redbird manager jumped the gun when he tried to PH Gorman for Pages. You knew that Quatraro was simply going to counter with a LHP’er. All that move did was burn a bat.
