The 27th out was an adventure, but that’s a W to make it a hard 9!
May 12, 2025 at 8:18 pm #281925I’m going to sleep better now.
May 12, 2025 at 8:18 pm #2819269 in a row now. Unfortunately while the Cards have the tough Phillies the Cubs have the measly Marlins and lead 5-0

stlcard25ParticipantNice win for the 9th in a row. I like winning!
May 12, 2025 at 8:19 pm #281928Good win! Great picthing again. That may be the best Hels has looked all season.
Walker has looked much better defensively this season (in the games I have seen).

jj-cf-stlParticipantMy play of the game was Nado tagging up and advancing to 2B, on a play close enough to require a replay challenge.
The roster is playing hard for Oli.
May 12, 2025 at 8:27 pm #281930That’s the most consecutive W’s since the mammoth 17 gamer in ’21. Only 9 more to go to eclipse that one. Cardinal baseball is fun again!
May 12, 2025 at 8:28 pm #281931I agree about the Arenado play JJ.
May 12, 2025 at 8:35 pm #281933Nine is fine!! Man, had plans to kick back and watch this with a cold cerveza and dinner (din-din was “lemony chicken piccata), but the step- daughter needed us to run over to her townhouse and do a project. Watched the the last couple of innings on my phone.
Will catch the condensed game on mlb.tv early tomorrow while on the treadmill.
Really something what this club is doing.
May 12, 2025 at 11:00 pm #281936Well, well, well. What have we here?
May 13, 2025 at 3:11 am #281937OOOOEEEE! Gonna crank up the MLB replay this morning and enjoy this one. It loses some of its scrotum-tightening effect when you already know the outcome, but I’ll pretend anyway.
Rah Cardinals!May 13, 2025 at 3:19 am #281939The roster is playing hard for Oli.
Its always been reported that the roster likes playing for Oli. It’s not a clubhouse issue at all.
May 10th we were 9 games under .500. idk if the reset last but they are playing solid ball and the pitching has been better.
May 13, 2025 at 6:00 am #281941When your starters are pitching deeper in games and leave with a lead, the manager gets a lot smarter.
