May 5, 2025 at 7:41 pm #281246
jj-cf-stlParticipantDP ball gets thru, dangit!
May 5, 2025 at 7:44 pm #281247Both pitchers giving up lots of hard hit balls
May 5, 2025 at 7:57 pm #281248
jj-cf-stlParticipantMiles at 72 pitches after 4 IP
3-2 pitMay 5, 2025 at 8:01 pm #281249I’m thinking that’s it for Miles. 3rd time through lineup now and lots of hard hit balls.
It looks like King is loosening up.
May 5, 2025 at 8:02 pm #281250
jj-cf-stlParticipant4 pitches in a row between 88 and 92. Lucky Cutch lined out.
May 5, 2025 at 8:07 pm #281251Now a righty is actually warming up. Probably Gordon I’d guess.
Verified number 44 so definitely Graceffo.
May 5, 2025 at 8:13 pm #281252Somewhere in the distance I can hear Shady whooping it up while he does a war dance.
May 5, 2025 at 8:15 pm #281253
jj-cf-stlParticipantGood one Dom
May 5, 2025 at 8:23 pm #281254The $36 for a couple of hot dogs and a Coca Cola is worse than Nancy’s breath. I don’t mind paying a premium price when I’m at a ballgame or a movie, but when they blatantly break it off after shoving it in, I take it a little personally. I mean, I’m all for realizing a net profit, but I take issue with genuine greed.
Edit; The worst thing about it is that you have to buy a hot dog at a ballgame or else you really didn’t attend a ballgame…And they know it…Haha!
May 5, 2025 at 8:30 pm #281255Contreras!
May 5, 2025 at 8:31 pm #281256Contreras with the smokin’ TATER! That may be the hardest hit baseball that I’ve seen leave a Cardinal bat this season.
May 5, 2025 at 8:32 pm #281257
jj-cf-stlParticipantGorman catches a break, finally. Pages singles… Pile on!
May 5, 2025 at 8:33 pm #2812581TD – Fortunately for me, I bought 5 tickets before the season started during a flash sale at $10 per ticket and I got $10 food credit on each. Therefore, I’m still only down $50 and that’s after I just grabbed a bratwurst.
May 5, 2025 at 8:33 pm #281259Barrero doubled in 2 more!
May 5, 2025 at 8:36 pm #281260
jj-cf-stlParticipantI bet Winn gets well soon 😀
May 5, 2025 at 8:36 pm #281261Goodness gracious…The bats are going off like they’re angry.
May 5, 2025 at 8:38 pm #281262Jneval glad your getting to see some offense!
May 5, 2025 at 8:38 pm #281263Scott thrown out at the plate.
Redbirds challenging………
UPDATE: Call on field stands. Out at home.
6-3 St. Louis after six.
May 5, 2025 at 8:38 pm #281264I’m here providing as much good juju as possible 1TD.
May 5, 2025 at 8:39 pm #281265The big screen looks like he was safe.
May 5, 2025 at 8:41 pm #281266Yeah, that’s brutal, Jnevel. I won’t bore the gang with all of the tragic details, but about 20 years ago I went to a night game on short notice and arrived at the ballpark without having had anything to eat all day besides breakfast. By the time the game ended, I’d taken out a second mortgage…
May 5, 2025 at 8:42 pm #281267Leahy on. I think that’s an indication that Graceffo is going to stick around as a reliever. I predicted that in the offseason. It’s good to see because we really need another good relief guy.
May 5, 2025 at 8:44 pm #281268I just had to deal with Fredbird’s tail feathers in my face while Barrero airmailed one. I hope that didn’t wipe out the good juju.
May 5, 2025 at 8:48 pm #281269I’m really not sure why they didn’t leave Graceffo in for one more. It feels like we’re starting to lean awfully hard on Leahy. Not happy with that move. Leahy is still pitching well, but Graceffo was already warmed and ready.
