I haven’t had many problems with MILB TV. Other than games occasionally freezing up on my laptop. Thankfully, I have not had to deal with their customer support. But this is par for the course across the country. Despite the technological advances, good customer support is a rarity. I am glad we have Brian caring flor TCN problems, which are few, and he responds as quickly as he can.
