    I think there should be minor league games today. Why not honor our military on this special day? I think baseball games are synonymous with a chance to take your family out to the ballpark.

    I would start a little later, say 2 or 3 to give everyone a chance to go to parades, visit their veterans graves, get together as a family, etc.

    Then make Tuesday the off day.

    Agree 100% C27, as for organizations, revenue is important for all of them and a lot more folks would show up on Memorial Day afternoon than a Tuesday night.
    I don’t like the Monday off day for all of them to begin with.
