    Hide Cecil for 3 years on the DL? Fat chance. And what is the point. There are PR consequences with releasing Waino but if they dont want Cecil to pitch it would be better just to cut bait.

    There is probably ego involved in admitting a mistake.

    Can Cecil get moved to the 60 day DL? I am thinking he can, which might be needed when Reyes comes off of it. If Cecils injury lingers.

    I don’t know how insurance works, but maybe Cecil being on the DL MIGHT save the Cards some payroll.
