I don’t think the Cardinals will spend any more than they have to until they are more competitive….
But if it was my money to spend, when the time is right, I’d look at locking up core members of the team for the future before paying expensive veterans on big multi-year contracts.

Yeah, I agree on that as well. The focus should, and probably will be given Bloom’s blueprint, looking to lock up the likes of Wetherholt, Herrera, Walker, and Winn than throw a deal at a more veteran guy.
My sense is May will be elsewhere either by August if we fall back, or next year.

Could well be. I’ll be curious to see if we learn more at some point about the relative distribution.
