Like an artery hardening meal. But probably delicious.

I’m curious about the answer to the earlier “cup” question. The item was pretty much “de riguer” for catchers in my day. Gotta protect the ol’ doo dahs.

Yeah, I can’t speak for catchers, but I’ve always felt that a man can never be too cautious…I wear a cup when I play ping-pong.

The ping pong talk reminds me of wanting to play neighborhood fast pitch when there were no tools of ignorance around. So, we’d use a tennis ball. Still a bad idea without a cup. I remember a few of us being the subject of hearty laughter while rolling around on the ground in agony. Young boys aren’t always smart.

Tight strike zone benefitted Contreras with the walk.

Big looping fly, LF camps under it and pffft. Wasted chance in first inning.

Marlins don’t waste their chance and we are behind already here in the first. Again.

Well tuned in just in time to see our bases loaded tease. Figured they would intentionaly walk him with balls. He had 2 pitches to actually hit but sat on the walk. Dumb choice- could have knocked someone in.Hes actually hot in this series. Our paper tiger Gorman true to form Flys out almost to the warning track. I’m counting now. Thats one BLD for Gorman(Bases loaded Dud) starting his ZipWhopper at !. We promptly respond with a three hits in row pitching. Miami up by one now!

The Marlins are 25th in RS/G (thru yesterday). We make them look like murders row.

Well, Walker did a nice job getting back to the wall to make that grab.

Libby on 3 days rest can be thrown in the trash can.

I would not be surprised to see players wives and families behind the dugout with bags on their heads.

They bring Libby back on 3 days rest? If you are paying Matz for the next two years might as well start him or Hudson.

Don’t worry Steve. He’ll be fine.
