Just need a little something something here to take the series.
Long road back to .500 and to be fair I don’t think they will make it BUT they are welcome to try and at least make the rest of the season entertaining.
They’re not trying to do anything bling. It comes naturally.
The Mets only have a 60% win probability in the middle of the 8th. They don’t know us like we do.

Well, Pugs. We currently have an 8.5 game hole to make up.
Astros got a run in the 9th to tie the Reds 6-6. They also had the bases loaded with one out and a chance to win but a 5-4-3 killed the rally.
Then the Reds got three runs in the 10th and went on to win the game 9-7. Eight wins in a row for Cincinnati. They now have Colorado coming to Riverfront for a three game series. They may end up with eleven wins in a row later this week.
We really need to sweep the Nationals.
Cubs lost to Baltimore today 6-3.
Milwaukee scored a bunch in the 8th and beat Pittsburgh 5-2.
As I understand it, what happened to Hicks two days ago was the good fairy told him to close his eyes, click his heels together three times and she sprinkled him with control dust.
