For them to promote Libby after his very, very bad re-hab stint is kind of par for the year. The FO and mgr have been doing moves all year that nobody gets..?? They seem to be confused. Woodford was pitching well when he went on the IL, and now has been lights out in his rehab. He really should be up, not Libby.
