Did not see this one, which turned out to be fortunate. The box score is ugly as the Reds scored more runs than they had hits. Plus we struck out 14 times.
Looks like an ugly game all around. Gorman 0 for 5 and 3 Ks. Donovan with 3 Ks. Too many walks given to them.
Need to shake this one off and come back to take the series against a club well under .500, albeit they have played much better after their almost historically bad start. Weren’t they something like 3-22 at one time? Since then they are .500 club. I think David Bell is a good manager, he’s just in a situation where the owner is terrible.
