Looking forward to seeing the lineup in this one. I hope Marmol doesn’t get carried away and stick Pujols in the lineup. Toronto just took two of three from Cincinnati, losing Sunday’s game 3-2 on an 8th inning solo dinger by Joey Votto.

Looking forward to this one tonight. And no cigars for this one as I cannot seem to shake this cough. Had a bad coughing spell this morning. Seems to have subsided now. And I cancelled my appt at the BMW dealership in Evansville for tomorrow as well. Hope all this clears up in the next 2-3 days.

Din-din today was two center cut rib chops in the air fryer, bread and butter, a Mt. Dew, and a bowl of chocolate ice cream. Not sure what the late night snack will be but the last piece of Strawberry Pie from the Amish restaurant will be on the agenda.

And I really hope Edmonds is not the announcer tonight. The Cubs and Reds play tonight in Riverfront Stadium so I will tune in early for that one and then switch over.

Bummer that Rondon got sent down. Against the same Pirates club I thought his outing was much better than Liberators.

Cannot wait to see Ivan. Minor league career OPS over .800. At Memphis so far this season – .310 BA, .405 OBP, and .898 OPS.

Hated to see Mikolas walk a guy in the first, but no harm. Now our turn to light up their chump.

With NA on first, Donovan hit one past first even with the defender standing about 3 feet from the bag holding the runner. NA scored and donovan ended up at 2nd. Dickerson failed to hit it to the right side to advance the runner. 1-0 after 2.

Well according to the era’s we should win this one tonight. If Donovan can place a hit we should do well tonight. If the guys rh he should Dickerson should have been able to place a hit too.
Din-din was Beef hot dogs and Beef Italian sausages on buns with home made fried potatoes. With melted cheese and a pickle!
Lots of action last night. Go Cardinals!

    Berrios was very Wainwright-like last season. 32 GS, 123 ERA+, CYA-9 and a WHIP barely over 1.000
    He can be really tough.

Cardinals were rumored to be in heavy on the trade talks for him last season. Kinda the reason I thought they may go after Montas as he’s a very similar pitcher.

I would have liked seeing Helsley on here. Working it backwards.

Sheesh, shades of last year. When Pallante came in I was thinking, “This guy better throw strikes.” So he proceeds to walk in two runs.
