Another awful defensive inning by the Cards in the 8th right after tying the game. Hope it doesn’t haunt them, Hicks needs to work around it.
Well, they have managed to get this far tied. This is a game that it would be really nice to win with the way the pitching matchups line up the next three days. Need to get something going, Dejong!

Yadi tagged it but it was *just* high enough to be caught by Cargo. And with that, my night of baseball watching is over. I’ve gotta be up early here in the great east. Hope the Birds give me a win to wake up to.
