According to the Memphis web page it was Ryan Fernandez they called for the 27th man. I kinda wondered with them not having a day off if they’d call Dobbins to start instead of having a messed up rotation later in the week, but also didn’t look at the last Dobbins had started to see if it was even possible.
I imagine they will either go with a bullpen game or send Svanson down to call up Dobbins to make a spot start this week. I prefer the latter but if they do a bullpen game maybe they will let Graceffo try to throw 3 or 4 innings to avoid using the whole pen in one game.
Someone with X can share the lineup. Nice to see Torres in LF again for game 2. I expected Olivto put Fermin out there.

Brian who do you think they would option? With Pushard on the roster it makes it harder to be flexible and Bruihl or Svanson would be the only 2 options I see.

Bruihl is out of options, so that leaves Svanson or Graceffo unless they DFA someone.
Those Reds uniforms are pretty bad. They look like something Little Red Riding Hood might wear for pajamas.
Scott hit it right on the screws, but didn’t quite lift it enough to get it into the OF and push across the 2 out RBI. I mentioned in the first game thread that he’s been an automatic out all season long, so he should go a torrid sort of 16 for 30 tear for the next week or so…
Ha 1TD he has a good first game to spite you. I feel the same as you thought about him being an automatic out. He is statistically one of the 10 worst hitters in baseball.

Just got home from a family reunion and tuned in to my local Fox station out of Oklahoma City and unbelievably they are showing the Dodgers vs Brewers this evening. MLB hates baseball fans.
Tried opening my FoxSports app and it says the game is blacked out.That’s a shame osu…They must think all those Okies lean towards Brats and Dodger dogs in place of chicken fried steak.
ou that should be a fun game to watch at least and I’m sure that is probably the most entertaining matchup this weekend.
Just got to see Teoscar Hernandez hit a 3 run homer to give the Dodgers and 4-3 lead in the 4th. (Sigh)
And FYI, front row Amy is in full view every pitch.
