    As I suspected, in the pre-game today, Shildt told us that Ponce de Leon has “a chance” to be the 29th man for Tuesday and be the Game 2 starter. He also declined a couple of times to disclose pitching plans after that, saying it is still a fluid situation.

    Well we definitely need a split here. We need a scoreless quick first inning by ponce. With dejong batting second, maybe we can get going early. These twins just look too good when we play them though they are pretty good. That last pitcher they used in the first game was nasty, get ahead, we dont need to see him.
