On Sunday, June 16, the St. Louis Cardinals announced the signing of three pitchers and a catcher from their 2019 draft class.
- RHP Thomas Hart, Wakeland High School (TX) (Round 16)
- C Zade Richardson, Wabash Valley College (Round 22)
- RHP Eric Lex, Santa Clara (Round 27)
- LHP Dylan Pearce, Oregon State (Round 31)

With these four additions, the organization has signed 28 of its 40 selections from the 2019 First-Year Player Draft. At this point, none of the draftees have officially been assigned to their initial teams.
