Increasing MLB’s Player Pool is Not Enough – The 40-Man Roster Must Also be Addressed

Major League Baseball is considering allowing teams to increase their pools from 60 to 75 players, but without 40-man roster relief, as well, clubs hit by COVID-19 cannot make all of the necessary moves to field competitive rosters.
