Marmol has been a poor manager since the beginning. I thought he should have been fired after the playoffs. Now, without Yadi and Skip and with the team performance his issues are magnified. Someone with real major league experience needed. They should choose an interim for now so the choice can be evaluated before it becomes permanent.
