Hyun Kim would start Game 1, Adam Wainwright would get the call for Game 2 and Jack Flaherty would be waiting in the wings if a Game 3 is necessary.
On the contact tracing issue. In Illinois each counties health dept is responsible for all tracing. They do not expect a diagnosed/positive individual to call people. It is a huge job, but each county gets the names of all contacts and then the health dept. contacts and discusses the quarantine process and what is expected. I have had cousins and several friends go thru this. It would never be the responsibility of the sick person. That was a screw up on somebodies part.
