Kittredge has been getting hammered lately.
But recovers nicely with a little help from his friend Nado.
It was on a good sharp pitch. I think Kittredge just throws that pitch there so often that guys are looking for the slider at the bottom of the zone.
Gray looked much better tonight and hopefully he can continue pitching to that standard. The bottom half of the lineup has also played very well today
Herrera with a big hug for Pages. That was cool. I like our catchers – Pages needs to hit better, but he can play. A bit of a young Yadi.
Pages has always reminded me of Yadi. Yadi learned to hit decently. Maybe Pages can too. Even if he doesn’t, he’s still a solid backup or at minimum a solid 3rd catcher like what he is now.
