    Two runs again.

Like I keep saying – they don’t have anybody that can hit.

Do the Padres have anyone that can hit Rat?

We need to get you 9 Luiz Arraez’s in this lineup Rat. The defense would suck and the power limted but you’d be happy.

Well that stunk. Make O’Brien wash all the socks and jocks after the game.

Padres win it 3-2 in the last of the 10th.

Need to win two of three in Sacramento.

Maybe somebody will learn to hit by Tuesday night.

And actually Luis Arraez has been very good defensively at 2ndbase this year.

The only issue witht the IBB is if you walk the guy after. Sac fly and a terrible way to end this series. We however deserved this outcome. Sad!

So has Gorman. Your point? He’s as been known as a bad defender. like Gorman once hit 30 homers. Sunshine, dogs behind. Get picture?

Well obrien was bound to have a bad game at some point. It happens. We didnt hit the ball great but apparently neither did san diego. I think all in all, a 2 2 split on the road isnt terrible.

Well that was a rude awakening. It’s Mom’s Day and that is a saying my mom used now and then.

One strike away from a win and it’s taken away. Not good ABs in the extra frame by our club. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.

Castellanos has always been a thorn in our side.

The Bogsider not only couldn’t put Castellanos away, he gave him way too many looks. You almost knew that if O’Brien challenged him after the count ran full very, very, bad things would happen…At any rate, let’s hope the “Troubles” don’t continue for O’Riley O’Brien because if they persist this team’s in a world of it.

When asked about the luck of the Irish, Belushi said, “You can sum up the luck of the Irish with two words…Potato Famine!”

Well a shame to see a loss on a blown save. O’Brien has done a great job on the year.

Also I have to eat crow. I thought by the end of this 17 game stretch the Cards would be a couple under.500. But instead they played quite well and are still 6 over .500. The SP has been better with McGreevy leading the charge. Leahy has been better as well even if 5 IP starts.

I also got humbled on “the stretch” run of games. I said the cards would go 2-15, they had a winning record I believe in that span of games. that said, I expect them to get shoved off the field against the sluggers of the A’s. are bullpen is going to get rocked. Cards cant hit either, too streaky,
