Milwaukee is threatening again. Two on and one out in the last of the 8th. Still 7-4 St. Louis and Maton is on the hill.

UPDATE:
Milwaukee now has the bases loaded and one out. Frelick vs Maton.

2ND UPDATE:
Maton gets out of it miraculously. Frelick strikes out and Chourio strikes out. Time for Helsley in the 9th. Maybe we can score another run or two and avoid Helsley.

That was clutch by Maton to strike out Frelick and Chourio with the bases loaded. Now let’s see if Helsley can convert a save opportunity for once.

We were sailing along nicely until the 5th when one of the wheels came off. Fortunately the offense found 10 hits and took advantage of some inelegant play.

Great game to see! Brewers will sure battle you! Terrible read on the line drive that got over Jordan Walker’s head! Arenado great today on D! I think we can’t win without Jordan! lol! Seems like we lost almost the whole time he was out he’s back and now we win!

Glad we got the win but my goodness Helsley has to be one of the worst closers in the league. A real trade chip we got there I tell you.
