Well, back to an uphill climb. Neither one of these lefties seems to enjoy prosperity.
June 5, 2025 at 7:52 pm #284145Maybe time to make a pitching change? It kinda looks like BP out there!
June 5, 2025 at 7:53 pm #284146I’d almost put him on…
June 5, 2025 at 7:54 pm #284147Maybe that’ll slow him down.
June 5, 2025 at 8:00 pm #284148Albert – pretty much, yes. Several hangers.
June 5, 2025 at 8:08 pm #284149
jj-cf-stlParticipantOutscoring our pitching has been a chore lately.
6-5 KCJune 5, 2025 at 8:09 pm #284150Liberatore was victimized by the 2 taters, but the first one was on a fastball that Garcia barely caught up to that went oppo and just fair by about 3 ft. for the 1st inning 2 run HR. It was a little out over the plate, but not a horrible pitch.
June 5, 2025 at 8:10 pm #284151
jj-cf-stlParticipantRadio guys said Libbys last fastball was 89mph. They’ve been on it all game.
June 5, 2025 at 8:17 pm #284152If Perez was a truck, he’d be an HD.
June 5, 2025 at 8:20 pm #284153Our pitching staff has mad one of the worst hitting teams in MLB look like the 27 Yankees!
June 5, 2025 at 8:20 pm #284154Perez with too many looks. You almost knew he was going to put the barrel on one.
June 5, 2025 at 8:22 pm #284155
jj-cf-stlParticipantBB, SB, 4-3 groundout, RBI single
7-5 KCJune 5, 2025 at 8:24 pm #284156All the kids are having fun and that’s the most important thing.
June 5, 2025 at 8:29 pm #284157Cardinals with 15 outs remaining in their pockets. If the BP can turn in a respectable performance, I like our chances.
June 5, 2025 at 8:30 pm #284158Boy that fastball from Zerpa for the K had some hop on it.
June 5, 2025 at 8:32 pm #284159
jj-cf-stlParticipantLook at em, they can’t wait to throw lefties at us. Prove them wrong boys.
June 5, 2025 at 8:33 pm #284160Herrera just keeps collecting hits.
June 5, 2025 at 8:34 pm #284161You ain’t kidding jj. Doesn’t seem like we’ve seen a RHP’er all day.
June 5, 2025 at 8:38 pm #284162If we could swing a deal for Perez by next season, we could potentially have Salvador Perez, Leonardo Bernal and Pozo, hitting back-to-back-to-back. How sweet would that be?
June 5, 2025 at 8:46 pm #284163Well, we’ve held the Royals to a mere 36 hits thus far this series. Still a chance to take 2 out of 3.
June 5, 2025 at 8:48 pm #284164
jj-cf-stlParticipantVilade getting Walkers starts has not gone well.
June 5, 2025 at 8:55 pm #284165Yeah, jnevel, they’ve out hit us today 24-13 so far. Oh well, runs is what’s the ones that counts…
June 5, 2025 at 8:57 pm #284166Yeah, jj, don’t they have anyone besides Manny Motter ll down in Memphis?
June 5, 2025 at 9:01 pm #284167
jj-cf-stlParticipantDon’t know
June 5, 2025 at 9:05 pm #284168
jj-cf-stlParticipantVilade making it an easy decision soon.
