Eck needs to go ahead and cut that tuft of hair off the top of his head. It looks lonely.

Kind of surprised they sent Contreras as that ball was not real deep.

I can’t think of many SS’s who could overcome that initial little juggle and still recover to get the out. Dunston, maybe.

That was about a dozen outs in a row for Libby before the double.

Third time thru they nick Libby for a run. At 85 pitches, we don’t have a better reliever than Libby for the 7th, but that’s Oli’s call.

Gosh, just checked back in the thread. That’s really something else altogether, Bikemike. A genuine miracle, really. Thanks for sharing that reminder of the things in life that are truly important!

Error by Nado standing on 2B.
Libby pulled w/Hoskins due up. Leahy in.

That’s what’s always bothered me a little about Arenado. He’s headed to the HOF largely on the merit of his outstanding mitt at 3B, but every now and again he’ll nonchalant an easy routine play for the Das Boot. I can’t ever recall Rolen having those types of lapses of concentration or intensity.

That camera angle gave me a good idea of tonight’s gate. I count about 2500…

Great start by Liberatore. Team needs to score some more runs though to make me feel confident in a W.

Well, one good thing about this team is that they seem to always win the close ones…

Was that the series before the Rangers?

No that was 2012. That was the year they pulled Strasburg from the postseason. Also the year we blew a 3-1 lead to the Giants in the NLCS.

Milwaukee was before the Rangers. There had been some bad blood with the Brewers and we accused them of sign stealing from another location but the field during the season. It was sweet justice.

Devin Williams ERA over 11….and about to be demoted as he blew another save for the Yankees

Yankees may be in the market for a closer
