Schafer looks like he’s struggling again. Two games is still two games but this can’t be a good sign for his chances. They are definitely giving him a chance though.

Schafer just may not have what it takes to be a Big League (Bigly?) pitcher. Cards will give him a chance but these 2 outings are ugly.

I have already taken Schafer off my Memphis bullpen list and put him on the Springfield list.

Schafer may need to pitch better to even secure a spot at Springfield. He will soon be in minors camp.

With the 5-4 loss on Monday, the Cards are 1-3 this spring. Adolis Garcia continues to stand out and with that, a public service message.
