Wow, I consider today’s readers a great haul. 2 young outfielders with tons of potential, Frias and Ragsdale from Milwaukee. Nootbaar was traded for a lefty and a righty pitcher, Eagen and Santana. Eagen has great stuff, but not having a great year. He has mid rotation potential though. Santana has big strikeout numbers. Eagen, Santana, and Ragsdale are at the AA level. I’d like to know more about Sanchez. And I believe there is a PTBNL from the Snakes too. Great deals.

It was great seeing Romero and May helping the Brewersfinish their sweep of the Dodgers.

I thought Eagen looked really good for Springfield as well. A near 7:1 K:BB ratio is really good.

Santana will definitely be in the MLB pen at some point in 2027. A good lefty option if Libertore and Hjerpe are considered starters. He will be just 22 as well.

Frias is going to be coming up with Mitchell and Condon over the next couple years. It’s a nice trio of young outfielders.

My opinion is that the Arizona trade has more upside. Ragsdale and Frias give us additional outfield beyond Peete. I think Eagen can be very good, but the ceiling of the young outfielders is higher. Ragsdale is already at AA and had a great season with a great combo of speed and power.
