Montero beginning to heat up and now above the Mendoza line. Gorman two hits but still striking out more than I would like. Fagalde another strong outing and Parsons, now 3-0 a complete game two hit shutout.

I suspect that the Sod Poodles name is a reference to the prairie dog that is a common sight in the Amarillo area.

How much longer before Fagalde gets to Springfield? Putting him in the rotation with Shew would have the TL opponents shaking in their boots, assuming that Shew doesn’t end up in Memphis soon.

Gorman two hits but still striking out more than I would like.

I think we’d all like to see less K’s, but for an 18 year old in full season ball, I’m ok with it considering the .333/.392/.636 line. Hopefully he can drop the Ks below 25% as the season goes on. That would be a good adjustment.
