I was told by a reliable source that Donivan Williams and Leandro Cedeno are going to Johnson City while Terry Fuller will be back with GCL Cardinals.

The name “Zach Jackson” kind of stood out from the rest on that Johnson City roster, so I googled him. Is the dude really 35 years old???? Guy should be their 3rd base coach instead of their backup catcher.

Zach Jackson is 20 yrs old. He was a 6th round draft pick in 2017.

Holland gives up another homer, this time at AA. Was he optioned, or is he on rehab? Hopefully the former. otherwise his 20 days are running out.

Pitchers Tommy Parsons and Mike Brettell should also be apart of J.C.’s roster. Also, Gorman will be at J.C. as well.

I am surprised that Springfield even used Holland last night as they are trying to win a playoff spot and we all know that he has no confidence at the moment! I know he is on rehab, but fighting for a playoff spot is not the place to use him!

Springfield’s loss last night basically means they will have clinch a playoff spot in the 2nd Half of the season with only 3 games left to play in the 1st half.
